Billable Requests

We understand that throughout your journey with Q4, the needs for your site may change. While most routine content updates can be managed by our Support Team, more substantial changes will be scoped and completed by our Billable Requests Team. Examples of Billable Requests include:

  • Branding refresh
  • New Page layout/functionality updates
  • ESG/CSR updates
  • SEO optimization
  • Accessibility updates

Scoping

Please reach out to your CSM or the Q4 Support team with all of the details of your request

  • Provide any mock ups, site examples or materials that you would like us to review
  • These details will help to provide an accurate cost and time estimate of work

If the request is submitted as a standard support case, the Support Team will assess the requestq and if it is considered a Billable Request, they will transition the request to the Billable Request Team’s queue so that a cost estimate can be prepared.

Upon receiving your request, the Billable Requests Team will evaluate the:

  • Details of the request
  • Resources required
  • Time to completion

The expected turn around for a cost estimate is 3-4 business days, and will be provided by your CSM. If your request requires a mock up, please let us know and our Q4 designers can create one for you.

Note: Requests for site wide changes to layout and/or design are considered Redesign requests and must be requested by your Client Success Manager as a new project to the Activations team.

Cost Estimate & Timeline

Billable Requests are charged by the hour at a rate of $220USD/hour. Once the scope is established, your CSM will provide a cost estimate including a breakdown for:

  • Creative design
  • Development
  • Implementation
  • Quality assurance testing
  • Feedback
  • Project management

The timeline to complete your request is based on the points above.

Similar to the cost estimate, the timeline of your request will be provided by your CSM. If you have a specific timeline or target launch date, please let us know when submitting your request and we will do our best to meet your deadline.

Approval Process

Once you have reviewed the cost estimate and timeline and are ready to move forward with the project, your CSM will send you the official Order Form for electronic signature. We will be able to begin working on your request once the paperwork is signed.

Implementation

Step 1

Once the agreement is signed an Implementation Specialist will be assigned to your request to oversee this process and liaise with the Development Team.

Step 2

They will be your main point of contact for the project and the bridge between your team and the Q4 Development Team, as they work on the requested updates.

Step 3

The Implementation Specialist will share preview links of the work completed as soon as they are available and will request your feedback.

Step 4

Once you are satisfied with the previews, the Implementation Specialist will advise the team to publish the changes on your site either immediately or according to the timeline you outline.

Working Hours

The Billable Request Team works standard office hours, which are 9AM-5PM EST, Monday through Friday. Any requests, questions, feedback etc. will be handled within these hours of operation.
