Overview

Web Change Requests refer to updates which are larger than what the Q4 Support Team can complete in a timely manner. Any request that exceeds 4 hours of work is considered a Change Request and is therefore a billable service at a rate of $200/hr.

Some examples of a Web Change Request include:

Structural and Navigational Changes

New pages/sections and graphical elements

Addition of an ‘Archived Documents’ section

Accessibility audit and updates

Q4 also offers implementation and hosting for stand alone Microsites (such as ESG, Corporate Responsibility, Company Spinoff, Online Annual Reports etc.).
