Earnings may be the most important duty an IRO has. As a key point of contact with so many stakeholders and market participants, and with such a quantity of information and materials to prepare, the lead-up to the day of the call can be taxing (to say the least). Q4 is here to help you throughout the process. We will step in to help organize and coordinate your quarterly earnings from booking your event to publishing your website updates.

1. Booking Event

Book your next event by filling out our Event Request Form. Receive a response from your Event Manager within 24 hours. Your first-time event preferences will be remembered in order to streamline future event requests.

2. Event Manager

Your Event Manager will coordinate the event booking and provide support throughout the entire event process alongside our conference call and webcast partners.

Whenever you are ready to book your earnings event (conference call and/or webcast), please contact your Client Success Manager or Sales Representative.

*Please allow 1 business day to receive your conference call/webcast details. Events booked with 24 hours notice or less are subject to a rush fee.

*If you are unsure of who your CSM is, please reach out to the accounts@q4inc.com team.

3. Adding your event to the website

The Support team will be staging your event on your IR website so it’s ready to be posted once you announce the earnings date. Please make sure you review your staging preview link and let our support team know when you plan on announcing the earnings date (date and time). This way, we’ll make sure the web update is seamless.

Earnings Web Updates

Staging Ticket

About a week ahead of your earnings day, your Client Success Manager (CSM) will open a ticket with Support to begin staging earnings / site updates. At this stage, we’ll need you to review the details and confirm both the time and date, and the expected updates.

Approval and Web Update

Once you approve the updates, our team will keep a lookout for the release at the scheduled time and will update your website as soon as the release crosses the wire. Once the updates are complete, they’ll report back to you confirming the status.

Preview Links

The support team will work on preparing your website for the earnings updates and will send you preview links with the staged updates for your review and approval. They will add placeholders for any presentations or documents. Do let us know when we can expect the finalized docs – once we receive them, we will send you another email with updated preview links for a finalized go-ahead from you.

Sending over documents

Please send over any earnings related document using the same email thread. This will ensure nothing gets missed by our support team.

If you are using an earnings deck during your call and will have it webcasted, please be sure to send over the presentation file to your Event Manager no later than 2 hours prior to the start of the call.
