The Support Team handles requests qualified as “routine”, which includes updates to text/files, as well as minor structural changes, such as adding a tab to a drop down menu, adding or removing a page, etc. A request that contains elements of site reformatting or takes over 1 hour to complete will be deemed billable and passed over to our Billable Request Team.

Within the Q4 Support Portal, you can submit requests, schedule updates, view the status of open requests, view your case history, launch previews and provide approval for publishing.
