Redesign Process

Welcome Site Redesign Process

If you think your website is looking a bit dated or if you’re looking to update the look and feel to match your corporate site, a Site Redesign is a great option to not only do these things, but also keep up with current Best Practices. You can talk to your Client Success Manager to get more information. Below we have outlined what the process will look like.

Why Redesign?

Companies are forever changing and evolving, as well as technology, and so should their IR websites. As time goes by, you may want to take another look at your IR website and examine if it still reflects your Company’s current story and if it tells this story in the most seamless and compelling way.

You may also feel that it’s time to update your IR site’s look and feel and why not use this opportunity to make sure your website is adopting the most current Best Practices.

Q4 can help to make sure your website is aligned with these best practices by performing a site audit. Our site audit tool is built to score websites based on current IR industry standards and design best practices.

After reviewing your site audit, taking a look through website examples and talking to your CSM, you may find that a Scoping call with one of our Implementations Managers is ideal for us to better understand what you are looking for.

Scoping Call & Cost Estimate

Your CSM will set up a meeting to go over what you want to achieve with your site redesign. This will include us showing you current Best Practice Examples in each section you are looking to update. Once the scope is established, we will provide you with a Cost Estimate.

Once you are happy with the project and cost estimate and are ready to move forward, we’ll send you the official Order Form for signature. With the paperwork set and done, we can move forward to the implementation phase of the redesign.
