Orientation & Training

Your Investor Relations Manager (IRM) will help you set up your Desktop Training and Credentials to access the Desktop CRM tool. If you have preferred timing on training, please let your IRM know.

Historic Import Process

Your IRM will work with the Data Import team to get your historical data (activities and contacts) into the Desktop CRM.

We have a preferred format to input historical data and the model can be found here.

It is highly recommended to use our preferred spreadsheet template for historical data to ensure a high level of accuracy and speed. The most recent 2 years of historical data will be imported first for your review. Once we receive the go-ahead we will continue with the remaining data at a later date. It usually takes about 2 weeks for the 2 most recent years of data to be transferred to our Desktop CRM.

Desktop Support and Help Center

Your IRM will serve as day-to-day support on the Q4 Desktop product. Q4 Desktop has a Help Center available through the profile button on your Desktop screen or here. This is a great resource for finding more information on completing common workflows like logging activities, creating briefing books, building reports and running targeting screens.
