Upon the launch of your website, you will be assigned a dedicated Client Success Manager (CSM). Your CSM will be your main point of contact during regular business hours and will serve as your primary account & relationship manager with Q4.
The primary goal of your CSM is to make sure your experience working with Q4 is a positive one. Think of your CSM as a partner and an extension of your team to ensure things run smoothly.
Once assigned to your CSM, they will schedule an introductory call with you. They will discuss how they can best serve you, and go over your subscription with Q4, your earnings reporting process, and how our Support team works.
Earnings may be the most important duty an IRO has. Q4 is here to help you throughout the process. Q4 will step in to help organize and coordinate your quarterly earnings from booking your event to publishing your website update.
Your CSM will schedule quarterly service discussions with you and have a discussion regarding the achievement of your goals and objectives, a review of your account health and to discuss your overall experience with Q4.
